Vera is a Quality Assurance Manager, and Master of Arts in Economics. She has been with Canada Energy Audit since 2017 September, and currently works as both QAM & Energy Advisor.
Vera has the ability to consistently handle tasks containing a high volume of data to the high levels required with strong attention to details. She enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds, cultures and professional levels.

Amber joined Canada Energy Audit Ltd. in the Summer of 2017. As an Operations Manager, she is responsible for coordinating and maintaining professional interaction with multiple relationships (eg. customers, Energy Advisors, co-workers, and contractors, etc), supervising financial, and administrative services. Amber has specializations in managing operations among different projects. She improves operational processes and maximizes efficiency or reliability while adapting to fast-paced changing priorities."

Albert was born in Canada and studied in Taiwan and China during his childhood and
early teen which resulted in his Mandarin fluency. In high school Albert returned to study in
Toronto and graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Science Honours in Medical
Physics.During his time in university, he also part-timed in construction which developed his
keen interest in the energy savings of Canadian houses, during his time in Canada Energy Audit
Ltd, he provides excellent organization skills using Excel and positive customer experiences with
his warm smile and strong interpersonal skills. Albert exhibits strong desires to help people
which empowered him to achieve excellent communication with his colleagues and clients.

JK joined Canada Energy Audit in the summer of 2018. JK got her Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Northwest University of Politics & Law in China, and later she graduated from Massage Therapy program in Canada in 2017. She is currently in charge of key performance measures for file submission success in the company. A typical day for JK Kong is to run Macros, develop, set up and roll out quality metrics for implementation-based Energy Auditor's files. Work collaboratively with Natural Resources of Canada (NRCan) to ensure the understanding of the overall intent of the project. In addition, apply benchmarks and lessons internally and externally to NRcan and auditors to comply with QA standards.
Through the years, JK Kong has analyzed thousands of audit files to maintain high quality data completeness, which brings solid daily execution progress and reports to Canada Energy Audit.

Jenny is a customer service representative. She provides information about the energy audit service, and is responsible for business enquiries and complaints. Jenny is patient and attentive to details. She communicates to our business partners and customers with passion and empathy.
Jenny was born and raised in Hong Kong, and later came to Canada for high school, graduating with a psychology degree. She is fluent in Cantonese, English, Mandarin, and is also proficient in Korean.
